Ariella Yomtobian is a highly accomplished associate at Bronster LLP, where she has been practicing since January 2023. She focuses on tax lien foreclosures, mortgage foreclosures, and complex real estate transactions, bringing a results-driven approach to every matter she handles. Ariella has successfully facilitated and closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions and is widely regarded for her depth of expertise in tax lien and foreclosure matters.
Ariella regularly represents lenders, financial institutions, servicers, and sophisticated investors throughout all stages of the foreclosure process—from commencement through redemption, sale, and post-judgment disposition. Through her work, she has built strong professional relationships with leading developers and major players in the New York real estate market, earning a reputation for efficiency, responsiveness, and strategic problem-solving.
Ariella earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Stern College for Women, Yeshiva University, with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business. While at Cardozo, she demonstrated exceptional leadership as President of the Family Law Society and served as a student mediator in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, where she conducted mediations for clients in New York Supreme Court matters.
During her undergraduate studies, Ariella served as President of both the Jacob Hecht Pre-Law Society and the Forensic Psychology Society. She was also the recipient of the Susan R. Wertentheil Memorial Award for a Prospective Law Student in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership.
Before joining Bronster LLP, Ariella gained experience across a broad range of legal disciplines, including family law, employment and labor law, mediation, and judicial internships. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Hebrew and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse client base with confidence and cultural fluency.
