Mollie Yellin is an associate attorney practicing across the firm’s multiple practice areas. Her practice includes general litigation, corporate and real estate transactions, and related disputes.
Ms. Yellin graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and she holds a B.A. in History from New York University. During law school, Ms. Yellin interned for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Yellin was also a founding member and Vice President of the Cannabis Law Society, where she created meaningful networking opportunities for her peers. She also has prior experience as a student attorney with the Filmmakers Legal Clinic, where she represented independent filmmakers in a variety of corporate matters.
Prior to joining Bronster, Ms. Yellin was a general corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, where she represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of M&A, capital markets, and debt financing transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and securities offerings
