Winnie Zambrano is an Associate Attorney practicing across the firm’s multiple practice areas. She brings experience advising clients on entity formation, governance, and transactional matters, with a background spanning private practice and judicial settings.

Prior to joining Bronster, Winnie served as a Student Attorney in the Transactional Clinic at Suffolk University Law School, where she represented clients in the formation and operation of for-profit and nonprofit entities. Her work included advising on organizational structure and governance and supporting clients across a range of industries. Winnie’s transactional experience is complemented by her exposure to real estate and commercial matters.

Winnie has also gained valuable judicial experience through internships with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the New York State Supreme Court. During law school, she served as president for the Latin American Law Students Association.

Winnie is proficient in Spanish and is an active member of the Hispanic National Bar Association.
