Ryan Saxton is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, where he specializes in real estate transactions and landlord-tenant litigation. With nearly ten years’ experience, he has closed hundreds of transactions, both residential and commercial, and regularly appears in court on behalf of landlords and tenants.

While completing his LL.M. in real estate law, Ryan began his legal career working in-house for a large privately owned real estate development company. During his time there, he regularly negotiated commercial leases ranging from office and prime downtown retail to shopping center leases. He also assisted with property management and landlord-tenant matters.

Prior to joining Bronster LLP, Ryan spent nearly nine years at a boutique firm specializing in all types of real estate matters. His time there was split managing a busy pipeline of real estate transactions while also handling all aspects of a large landlord-tenant court docket. He also served as coop attorney for several cooperatives and HDFCs, advising on governance and compliance issues while overseeing all transfers and closings. Having gained significant experience, Ryan has become a trusted advisor for clients in most real estate matters.
